The GEL-VENTURE™ 8 WATERPROOF running shoe is designed for the great outdoors. This versatile shoe is excellent for trail runs, light hiking or exploring a new city. Complete with a waterproof application that features a seam-sealed internal bootie construction, the shoe also integrates a gusseted tongue to help keep feet warm and dry in wet weather.
This model has been updated with a more accommodating forefoot fit while reducing the number of overlays around the forefoot without sacrificing durability.
Lastly, the outsole is more durable, featuring a traction pattern that's been improved with re-engineered lugs under the heel. All of these updates make the new GEL-VENTURE™ 8 WATERPROOF shoe an excellent companion for your next adventure.

Size bigger than usual ASICS I buy so slightly too big for me in 39.5 but very comfortable and good quality.

Asics gels for a comfortable long days work
Excellent footwear as always. As a nurse I'm on my feet for most of my 12hr shifts. asics are the only footwear that keep my feet and legs from aching. I always buy asics gels, swear by them. X

Asics Gel Venture 8 WP are great for walking
I ordered these trainers online and they arrived promptly. While I am normally size 39, I find Asics can be a bit small, so I go up to a 40. They are perfect, so comfortable for walking and colour choices available are great. And they are really good value.
