Find out how to return an item you bought on outlet.asics.com.

  • When you can return an item

    You can return any item bought on clearance.asics.com within 30 days of purchase, provided it’s in its original condition. So you’ll need to make sure:

    • - All tags are still attached to product
    • - The material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    • - It’s in its original packaging
    • - Include the return's form with the reason of the return
    • - We don't accept any item that has not been purchased through outlet.asics.com.

    We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

  • How to return your products

    1. You can find the return label inside the box.
    2. Please attach the return label to your parcel and indicate the reason for your return on the return's form.
    3. Make sure that the goods fit the above-mentioned requirements. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.
    4. Attach the return Label and drop it off at your local UPS Drop-Off Point. If you are unsure where your nearest Drop-Off Point is, please visit www.ups.com/dropoff.
    5. Once we receive the item (this can take up to 14 days) and verify it, we will process the refund within 7-10 days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used when you bought the product, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any tax on it.

  • Exchanges

    We currently don’t accept exchanges through outlet.asics.com.
