What is Order Pickup?
Order Pickup allows you to order items on asics.com and pick them up for free at your local ASICS store. Order Pickup is listed as a shipping option during checkout process.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring a Government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order. Your online payment will be processed when your order is picked and placed on hold for you.
How do I return my Order Pickup items?
Please refer to the returns page to return any Order Pickup items.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
Order Pickup orders will be held for fourteen calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within fourteen calendar days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
When will my order be ready for me to pick up at the store?
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a pickup notification via email.
Can I change my pickup location after I placed an order using Order Pickup?
Sorry, but you can't change your pickup store. You must pick up your order at the ASICS store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order or let the pickup window expire.
Can I have someone else pick up my Order Pickup items?
At this time we can only accept pickups from the person listed on the order.
How long will a store hold my Order Pickup order?
Your order will be cancelled if it has not been picked up within fourteen calendar days.
Can I apply discounts or promotions to my Order Pickup items?
You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on asics.com. We do not allow price adjustments in store.
Where's the receipt for my Order Pickup item?
After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email.
Can I cancel my Order Pickup order?
The order will be automatically canceled if it’s not picked up within the pickup window. You’ll be refunded for any canceled items.
My order contained the wrong items. What should I do?
If your order contained incorrect items, please contact Customer Care.
