This shoe’s GEL™ technology is structured to create better shock absorption underfoot. Its Scutoid shape also allows you to move more naturally during everyday scenarios (like on-foot commuting or exploring new environments).
Meanwhile, the FLYTEFOAM™ Blast cushioning in the heel has been fine-tuned to give this shoe better rearfoot shock absorption.

Great trainer but inside heels wear very quick!
Great for walking and gym! They would be 5 star but this is my 3rd or 4th pair this year as the inside heel wears very quickly exposing plastic which rubs.
I think this is poor for a £150 pair of trainers when I only do 10,000 steps and weight training.
