The GEL-KAYANO™ Lite 2 running shoe embraces a sound earth. With a focus on sustainability, this shoe keeps your step stable and your mind light. The engineered mesh upper is made with a higher percentage of recycled materials than the previous version. Its structure also targets key support zones to increase stability.
FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning is made from organically derived materials. This lightweight foam improves shock absorption during the landing phase of your stride. The 3D SPACE CONSTRUCTION™ feature addresses the gait differences of male and female runners. It's designed to reduce over-pronation, which keeps your foot supported.

Mooie kwaliteit schoen echter niet mijn smaak.
Besteld maar retour gestuurd, ik vond de uitstekende zool en vooral brede achterzijde bij de hiel niet mooi. Niet mee gelopen en waarschijnlijk loopt de schoen gewoon fantastisch waar Asics schoenen om bekend staan maar het oog wil als vrouw ook wat.

lightweight running
the platform is about 2" tall, and is visually a little bulky to look at, however the shoes are so comfortable and lightweight compared to the non-lite versions. the toe box is wide, so lacing is essential to keep the mid foot snug.

Squishy clouds
They have me more on my toes but glad as I tend to heel strike when I’m tired. Feet and calves a little sore from the change but I think it will be great to add to my rotation. And they feel so light and fluffy! Definitely loving these!

Asics shoes fit me so Well every time. You Can step Down in Them and weare The shoes The whole day from day one. Furthermore The laces never goes up. (Compared to other running shoes where you have to make a double knot)
