The JAPAN S™ shoes are based on one of our throwback offerings from 1981.
Updated with a lightweight design and a modified cupsole, this shoe is made for comfort. It's also paired with nostalgic branding, like the ASICS Stripes on the quarter-panels and "ASICS" lettering at the heel.
Originally worn by basketball players in the 1980s, this shoe reimagines its iconic court details with a modern lens.

Acquistate per l'utilizzo quotidiano, sono molto comode! Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo posso dire che non si sono sformate e nemmeno rovinate!

Di stile è un po’ vintage
Comode per camminare tutto il giorno, stile vintage che si adatta ad un’abbigliamento casual, ma un po’ troppo calde per l’estate in pieno giorno. Prendo sempre la stessa taglia asics da anni e queste scarpe calzano perfette come le altre

A well balanced sneaker quality- and design-wise
Quality shoe that looks great. It's a casual sneaker. I mainly buy Asics due to the shoes slightly extra width. It's also a break-in shoe, as with most brands they will get more comfortable over time. Soles are glued on tightly though, so changing them for more ergonomic ones is doable, but takes some pulling. 4/5 as I've yet to come across a perfect shoe in my lifetime.

Stylish and super comfortable
Really eye catching trainers that aren't the same as everyone else's! Super comfortable and a great price. I found the fit true to size. Definitely recommend.

Solid but heavy Shoes
Good solid shoes, design is top class, build quality looks great- especially the bottom sole, so hopefully can last for a long time, but that is it's own downside. The shoes feel a bit heavier (around 400 gms vs ideal weight of 325 gms) and they could increase the width of the shoes at the toes by a little bit so the shoes can evolve into barefoot style in the future.
