Inspired by our GT-2000 series, the GT-800 shoe is a technical style that's versatile for an array of running workouts.
Featuring a re-engineered midfoot panel to increase lateral support, this shoe also implements a series of suede accents with a primarily no-sew design on the upper.
Additionally, this shoe integrates a layer of our FLYTEFOAM technology in the midsole to help deliver a responsive bounce back between strides.

Excellent in Every Aspect
I found the GT-800 excellent. Just what I had been looking for. They are comfortable and the perfect fit for me. They were very good value at a price which made them hard to ignore. I am very pleased with them and glad I purchased them.

Good shoe as expected
Use these mainly for running on paths and roads and they are pretty good, providing adequate support and cushioning. Definitely an improvement in my old (worn) trainers. I’ve noticeably fewer niggles and aches after a king run.

ASICS GT 800
Shoes fit well snd provide a good level of stability for my mild overpronation. Would certainly recommend these shoes for day to day walking on pavements, and running 2 to 3 miles in one session on roads / pavement. I bought a 9 ( UK size) which is about one size larger than my actual feet size. So, I'd suggest buying one size up.
