Return Policy Holiday Season ASICS Outlet 2024
We’ve extended our returns policy for the Holiday Season 2024 for outlet.asics.com. Orders placed between 26 November 2024 and 16 January 2025 have an extended return period of 60 days and can be returned for a full refund back to your original payment method.
How to return your purchase
You can return your online order for 30 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:
• All tags/labels are still attached to the product
• The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• The product is in its original packaging
1. Create and print your prepaid return label by clicking the button below :

2. Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label (with the barcode) on the outside. If you are returning multiple orders please send each order back in a separate box with the relevant return label.
3. Take your return package to your nearest UPS drop-off point or schedule a pick-up via this link.
4. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any VAT. -

OneASICS™ members have a 90-day trial on all footwear, apparel and accessories bought on asics.com (does not apply on outlet.asics.com).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return footwear, apparel or accessories with or without original tags. You can apply to be a OneASICS member for free here
