    Free 90-day Runkeeper Go™ trial

    A running coach in your pocket. The Runkeeper app has the tools you need to become a stronger runner. The Runkeeper Go premium upgrade offers Training Plans, detailed Progress Insights and Guided Workouts by ASICS Running Coaches.

    To access your trial:

    1. Sign up for a OneASICS™ membership in-store or online
    2. Download the free ASICS Runkeeper app
    3. Log in with your OneASICS™ credentials to access your free trial.

    If you are an existing Runkeeper subscriber, you just need to open the app to start your trial.

    Please note that the free trial is not available to current Runkeeper subscribers. The trial period may also change depending on other promotions and offers.

  • Do I need a OneASICS™ account to access benefits?

    Yes, registering as a OneASICS™ member is the only way to receive all benefits and rewards. In order to receive promotions, discounts and early access to sales, you need to be signed up to receive our communications.

  • How do I register for a OneASICS™ membership?

    Option 1: Online

    You can register online at asics.com.

    If you have an existing account with ASICS or the Runkeeper™ or ASICS Studio™ apps, make sure to use the same email address and password. You’ll have one account to access each ASICS brand.

    Option 2: In-store

    You can ask a store associate to sign you up at checkout.

  • How can I reset or delete my OneASICS™ account?
    Visit the privacy hub to delete your account or request your user data.
  • How long does my OneASICS™ account stay active? Will it expire?
    Currently, OneASICS™ accounts do not expire. However, data in your Runkeeper™ app expires after six years of inactivity.
  • How do I create or reset my OneASICS™ password?
    1. Log into your OneASICS™ account
    2. Select "My Account"
    3. Open the “Account” section
    4. Select the “Change Password” link

    Alternatively, click "forgot password" from the OneASICS™ login page or from the “My Account” page and follow the prompts.

  • I have two (or more) ASICS accounts. How can I merge them?
    You’ll need one account to access each ASICS brand. Please make sure you are logged in to the account you would like to delete. If you need further assistance with managing your account, please reach out to customer support.
  • If I create a OneASICS™ account, will I automatically be signed up for the newsletter?
    No. You will not automatically receive any promotional emails unless you opt-in.
  • How can I unsubscribe from emails?
    Select the “Unsubscribe” button found in the footer of the email. Please note that there is no way to unsubscribe on our website, you must have received an email from us to unsubscribe. If you need further assistance with managing your account, please reach out to customer support.
