Great for flat arches!
I have flat arches and had been struggling on longer walks with foot/ankle pain. Asics were recommended to me as having trainer styles with good arch support, etc, so I opted for the Gel-Zone 8's and was not disappointed! I can feel a big difference already, and my dog is delighted that our walks are lasitng longer :)

Comfort and stability

Light and comfortable, supports my flat feet
Light and comfortable. Provides good arch support for my flat feet without pain. Some other brands have hurt my arches, but this one doesn't. Feels comfy

On the small size
I always wear a 39 but this was too small.
I think all the gel in the sole took up too much room, I could feel my big toe pressing against the top of the trainers.
Go for a bigger size.
