Bring your items to any ASICS store or ASICS outlet* store near you for easy, free returns.
Please bring the original proof of purchase - order confirmation email, order number, email, or receipt. If the return is accepted, ASICS will refund the original payment source. If the items were shipped to you, please note that shipping is not refundable. To find your closest store, use our store locator links below.
*Please note that ASICS does not accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than asics.com and outlet.asics.com. To return products purchased at another store or website, including authorized ASICS retailers, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased or by another process provided by that retailer or seller.

Return Policy Holiday Season ASICS Outlet 2024
We’ve extended our returns policy for the Holiday Season 2024 for outlet.asics.com. Orders placed between 26 November 2024 and 16 January 2025 have an extended return period of 60 days and can be returned for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Returns as part of the statutory withdrawal right
In the following section, we will show you the options for returning the Products within the scope of your statutory withdrawal right.
1. You can make use of the free return option by doing the following:
a) Create and print your prepaid return label by clicking the button below :
b) Pack the Product to be returned together with the intact tags in the original packaging/box in such manner that it is not damaged during transport. If you have received a single order in multiple parcels, you have the option to return them individually or combine them for return.
c) Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label (with barcode) on the outside.
d) Take your return package to your nearest DHL drop off point.
2. You can also return the Product via other logistics service providers. In this case, however, you must bear the cost of the return. In this case, proceed as follows:a) Pack the Product to be returned so that it is not damaged during transport. For example, you can use the original packaging that we used to send you the Product. Please try to keep the tags intact and return them with the Product. If you are returning multiple orders please send each order back in a separate box with the relevant return label.

Germanyc) Hand it over to a transport service provider of your choice for shipping. We recommend that you keep the proof of delivery safely.
We kindly want to remind you that you are liable for a loss in value of the Products, if the loss in value is due to handling of the Products that is not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics and functioning of the Products. This could e.g. be the case, if the Product is soiled, damaged, has been washed or has been altered.

Return policy for OneASICS members
Additional return right for OneASICS members
ASICS Europe B.V., Taurusavenue 165, (2132 LS) Hoofddorp, Niederlande (“ASICS”) grants OneASICS™ members (you can register as a OneASICS member here) a free return benefit for 90 days as of the receipt of the respective Product, which applies to shoes, clothes and accessories, which have been bought on www.asics.com in connection with the German ASICS website on which the purchase was made (not valid for outlet.asics.com).
If you wish to make use of this return benefit as a OneASICS™ member, please follow the steps for returns as part of the statutory withdrawal right set out under section 1. Please note that you are not required to return the Product with intact tags in the original packaging/box, if no longer available.
The return benefit for OneASICS members applies in addition to the withdrawal right and the warranty rights. The withdrawal right and the warranty rights are not limited by this return benefit and can be used free of charge.
