What is Order Pickup?
Order Pickup allows you to order items on asics.com and pick them up for free at your local ASICS store. Order Pickup is listed as a shipping option during checkout process.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring a Government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order. Your online payment will be processed when your order is picked and placed on hold for you.

How do I return my Order Pickup items ?
1. Create and print your prepaid return label by clicking the button below.

2. Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label on the outside.
3. Take your return to your nearest drop off point. Please check your return label to identify which courier your order will be returned with.
4. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any VAT. -
What happens if I dont pick up my order ?
Order Pickup orders will be held for fourteen calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within fourteen calendar days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

When will my order be ready for me to pickup at the store?
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a pickup notification via email.

Can I change my pickup location after I placed an order using Order Pickup?
Sorry, but you can't change your pickup store. You must pick up your order at the ASICS store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order or let the pickup window expire.

Can I have someone else pickup my Order Pickup order?
At this time we can only accept pickups from the person listed on the order.

How long will a store hold my Order Pickup order?
Your order will be cancelled if it has not been picked up within fourteen calendar days.

Can I apply discounts or promotions to my Order Pickup items?
You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on asics.com. We do not allow price adjustments in store.

Wheres the receipt for my Order Pickup items?
After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email.

Can I cancel my Order Pickup order?
The order will be automatically canceled if it’s not picked up within the pickup window. You’ll be refunded for any canceled items.

My order contained wrong items. What should I do?
If your order contained incorrect items, please contact our Consumer Experience team.
