thermal running hat
A very useful piece of kit for the colder days. I have used it under some tough conditions and it has really kept my head and ears warm. It also dries super quick, which came in handy during the trip.

Nice size AND a ponytail hole!
It's slightly fleecy inside so it's lovely and warm for the chillier winter / spring runs but it seems to wick well too so I don't tend to overheat.
It's also a decent size so I can pull it down as far as I like but the headband means it stays in position. It has a reflective strip on with the 'sound mind, sound body' motto which is a nice touch. It's also a splash resistant material.

Warm and Dry-fit
It keeps you warm even for temperatures around 0-4 degrees. You feel the heat and it dries the sweat quickly. they match perfectly with the gloves
